I was just informed that the director told the staff they can't process it today as it is still valid and they paid me for today.

At the school. I am trying to get it and try to see if I can force the issue. The office staff now says the director went to Chonburi today.

Not exactly sure. I thought I only needed. Letter stating my last day and the work permit. But they had a large list. Also, they said it would require negotiations with the main officer to approve the cancelation today instead of making me wait 3-5 business days. I have been dealing with this ofr for a week.

the ministry of labor in Rayong is demanding extra documents in order to cancel and the school director has been nothing but awful and today is Mia.

OK, thanks Tod. That was my next question I fcovid was better. One final question. I haven't been following the group so intently the last few months. Is it possible to get a new non b or extension of stay based on employment from the covid extension within the country? I thought i saw some people were able to.

Also, not much more on cost. Thai and Vietnam visas a bit more, but the rest is cheaper including flights.

Yes, I saw that. Thanks Tod, as always, for your quick and up to date responses. Just trying to change up my Visa history with land Vientiane entries. Flight through Vietnam looks nice. Been awhile since I was there.
