After submitting documents, you can go pay at the consulate immediately (print out the payment invoice with QR generated from the online system). Then the interview appointment was sent to the email one day later. The consulate only accepted 10,000 baht in cash.

I applied yesterday and have interview on Friday as well! What original documents are you bringing? I can show them the banking app and original bank statements, but original work contract, pay slip etc are all electronic.
