Your scanned documents will be saved in a file. Open "documents". Then go into the Visa application, login and up in the right hand corner of your screen you can choose to split screen. You'll have your documents and your Visa application visible. Then drag your documents to where you need them.

Or alternatively save your documents in photos, have your Visa application open and click where it says upload and all your photos will appear. Click on the ones you need and they will open and click save. They should automatically upload.

When you say "retire" do you mean live permanently in Thailand. If not keep the Swiss Insurance. I'm with Visana and although I'm coming and going never had issues. Maybe ask her Versicherung provider. Once she checks out at the Gemeinde that's a different issue.

The ask:thailand community, consisting of multiple Q/A groups with over 100,000 members, powers this platform. It is not an official government resource. Our members actively contribute to this resource, and while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee its complete reliability. Assistance to travelers is provided as a community service.
