I suggest you pay for immigration attorney and skip the agents. Yeah it’s a few more dollars (not much more) but you’ll actually get proper advice, future planning, questions asked and it will be done correctly. You’ll have a contact to call on for future issues/counsel.
You need to find a land owner that will ground lease to you. Then you can put a house on it. Unless written otherwise the house will revert back to the land owner. It’s called usufruct as well as bifurcation on title. You’ll need an attorney to draft documents and negotiate the provisions. You’ll most likely have to build the house.
