It's a scam.. they often try for petrol money but that's a con.

As someone already said ask them for an itemized receipt.

Problem is that Thai partners are often intimidated by the uniform and afraid of upsetting them.

Challenge is getting each upload under .5mb.... save the scans as pdf files then search Google for a pdf file reducer/file shrinking software.

The system is really slow so do not expect to do in in a couple of hours.

Item 8 is proof of your UK address. Should be obvious from your bank statements but I included a copy of a water rates bill as well.

Scan of wife's blue house book will be fine.

You will only get 90 days single entry from London though... so then you are either into having to leave Thailand and applying for another visa or extending for a year which drags in the issue of locking up 400,000 thb in a Thai bank account 😣

Good part is not having to send in the physical documents you have scanned.. just the barcoded document and passport.. 😉

Dave Allen that's why this will not work.. no director of any major Western company will sign it. So shortsighted of Thai Immigration.

Travel insurance is a good investment and not to be confused with the new OA visa requirement for HEALTH insurance. Some UK banks offer travel insurance as part of their current account packages that's very economical.

Proof of income, certified copies of bank statements, medical report, Police criminality report, - I'd call those hoops..?

If you can satisfy the financial requirements for an extension then you'd probably not bother jumping through the hoops for an OA visa though...🤔
