Can I wait until the 30th for my Non-O visa extension based on marriage to a Thai?

I have a Type O ( legal Thai wife and child) that requires me to bounce every 90 days (expires October 2). I have a 60 day (May 26) extension then I believe I can add another 30 day. If a border open in the next 3 months, I believe I can bounce for another 3 month. I hope to emigrate elsewhere late Fall. Who knows?
