Mike Smith Just because you haven't encountered this problem doesn't mean it's not true; perhaps you could verify it with the bank. It seems you don't understand one of Facebook's uses either. For this terrible bank, closing the account is definitely a must.

Miyamoto Musashi I am not. The fact is I asked two branches and with same answer. That’s why I cancelled all accounts and transferred all money to other bank.🥱🥱🥱

Wannikea Wanblee they requested the address certificate from embassy, not residence Cert from local immigration or TM30. I have provided all documents already. I just don’t understand what is the logic for this, how the embassy certify my local address, they have no connection with that. They visit my home? The bank required ridiculous high level certificate more than certificate from immigration. Crazy 😂😂😂
