Someone at head office is inept , on power trip, no one's on the same wavelength , branches can't deal with it, so its a call to head office , happening everywhere , stay calm cause yelling only makes them stubborn , just grin & bear it.

Happening everywhere , no warning customer service email or sms , if you not using your account depositing$ etc your lumped in the scammer mode , frozen account , maybe they should look at Bangkok bank Head office CEO,s cause someone’s getting graft from money launders 👍
