I'm just worried that if I do this the goal post will change again. Seeing as last Friday they told us our documents were all good except for some documents from the education department but then this week they added certified transcripts to the list. Is there anything preventing them moving the goal posts again? (When we asked them about this they just pointed at the girl who talked to us last week and said blame her).

Both my mom and dad (Americans) got their retirement visas here. They came over on 30 day visa exemptions and then bumped up to 90 days and then the full year. Honestly though it depends on the local immigration office. I’d get a Thai person with good social skills to call the immigration office you use and ask.
