Given no public holiday involved, I will upload on the date of leaving Thailand. As I do not trust the validity of paperwork I receive from any company, I don't trust other people's work, probably I make one buffer day. Monday upload, come back on Wednesday night or Thursday morning

However you better check with your employer. I had to upload and wait in Singapore because the employer said when they are applying and obtaining some document from some ministry, I am not expected to be inside the country. So I got out of Thailand, they apply and receive the doc, ship with UPS to SG hotel and I applied.

Is the ED visa for studying Thai becoming more difficult to obtain or maintain?

No one can see the future. But I am taking second BA after 20 years from First BA and almost given up. It is harder than I thought to study something irrelevant. I did it once so this time around should be easier but it is not at all easy to control my mind. I'd rather learn Thai language or Muay Thai or Master degree, seriously.
