 Sorry what country do you come from. In most cases fly in 60 days visa exempt and do the visa in the kingdom.

I’m Australian living in Thailand on retirement visa. Just come to Thailand 60 visa exampt and 30 day extension, during your 90 day stay work out DTV yourself or find visa agent, l use visa agent, quick, cheap and very fast.

Will the 60-day visa exemption ease restrictions on opening bank accounts in Thailand?

 opening a Thai bank account can be a bit of chicken and the egg, if in the kingdom just save yourself the hassle and use a visa agent to open a account and takes about one hour. Price depends on what paperwork you have.

The photo shows a 12 month extension till 24 August 2024, your visa must be on a different page it’s not a big stamp but will have type of visa and dates

 just leave the kingdom without applying for a re-entry stamp and your current visa will be automatically cancelled

 there is no rule of thumb in Thailand and everything is open to interpretation and regional, I use Buriram immigration and Jomtien immigration and found Buriram extremely helpful and very flexible compared to Jomtien manly due to the work load and stupid people not playing by the rules

 most countries don’t need police report correct me if I’m wrong medical is still required if applying for retirement visa outside the kingdom, l apply for retirement visa in the kingdom and didn’t require proof of medical insurance which l have
