I never saw shop who accepts Google Pay in Thailand. Using Wise is not easy too. The withdrawal taxes is not cheap. there are few stores that accept credit cards.

if you are going to stay in thailand for a long time, choose to open a bank account and use a local app to pay.

I am Brazilian (exempt) and arrived in Thailand in August 2021 With 3 month stamp.

Today I have the second covid extension until March, 15.

My intention is to get a third extension at the end of February.
