agree, they could’ve just allowed people to come in and pay for whatever visa extension “fits” the situation. Some immigration offices have done that already. That way everybody wins.

Reuters is pretty solid, but still: IT’S NOT OFFICIAL UNTIL “THE FAT LADY SINGS”. They should just extend for 90 days. That will will the chance of having to go thru this chaos again.
