TLDR : Answer Summary
A person is seeking help for their sister who is in Dubai with an expired Non-O visa and is unable to fly to Thailand due to airport closures. The conversation includes suggestions to contact the Thai embassy for compassionate entry, as well as outlining necessary documentation for an application. It's also highlighted that new visa issuance is currently on hold in Thailand, and candidates might need to apply for a new visa despite the difficulties.

She must wait ... and apply for a new visa. But it doesn't hurt to apply for compassionate travel.

Hi Ahmed. Ask her e mail
*****************
. Let her fill in. 1. Declaration form.

2. Application form.

3. Personal letter introducing herself and why she needs to go to thailand.

4. A letter from you to Thai embassy saying why important she comes.

5. Her passport copy including copy Dubai residence, non O visa.

6. If possible get a letter from the school saying important she comes.

7. Your passport copy

8. Your proof of housing there.

9. Her health insurance cover COVID 19.

The embassy may ask for other documents but I think this will be a good start.

I have gone through this process and expect to fly out 28th on repatriation flight.

She contacts her local Thai embassy and submits an application for entry to Thailand on compassionate grounds. The embassy should have a website which will list the requirements

@Bobby *******
wouldnt that be for if the kids are thai or half/thai though?

Thats what it states in the requirements.

@James *************
. Correct. I thought this clause might fit the situation although it's a bit loose, but I guess she has to try something

@Bobby *******
