@Adam *******
My buddy got a Thai driver license and a motorcycle license and opened a Thai bank account, and he had no visa, he was in Thailand on a 2 week vacation. 🤣 He said he used One Stop Visa in Pattaya.

I have a mid-tier policy through Pacific Cross. A lot of people self pay for their medical bills, but I don’t want hit with a huge bill in case I have a catastrophic accident or a terminal illness where I’m in a hospital for months and it drains my life savings. That happened to a friend of mine here.

If you have a valid license from your home country it will be a lot easier.

Yes, you said “2 months prior and must remain for 3 months after. Balance cannot go below 400k and would have to be back to 800k 2 months prior to the following application.” And I said it wouldn’t have to be back in two months prior to the following application if he goes the 65,000 per month route. I wasn’t talking about the initial application, I was talking about the second. I wasn’t trying to correct you, I was just adding more information.

You know how email works. Sometimes it’s delayed. I wouldn’t take the chance.

Getting an agent is the easiest, and most expensive, which could be stressful.

Yes, I needed a certificate of residence and it had to say it was for a driver license. I also needed a separate one for the motorcycle license.
