When I spoke to my lawyer about not having 400k as a family visa showing 40k a month he said no.

They won't wanna see that it the tax code they want to see plus ya get tax on the 400k if you shoe new law over 180 days.

So elaborate cause if that works with zero chance getting tax I'll do that.

I have spoke to a well know lawyer he stated its not 400k coming in but the tax code for that money maybe he wrong which would be surprising not really matters now unlimited border crossing now.
