 Yes, Bangkok Bank seems to be the "easiest" these days. But also with them it's different from branch to branch.

 Yes... you can extend every entry once. So... 60+30, Border Bounce, 60+30 and so on... That works until the Immigration officer at the border will stop you... 😁

Yep, that's correct, you'll get 60 days "visa exempt", no visa needed.
