Yes, I know. I get the docs/copies from the company per a list from the local Immigration office. Can we physically go to the Immigration and hand them the necessary documents or should we have a Thai person do it for us, and subsequently pay for her/his services?

One more question : do we need a Thai person to apply for an Extension of Stay or can we do it by ourselves? What I mean is whether it is legal to do it without any Thai representative preparing the documents for us?
