If they can proof 500.000 bhat and that they are going to attend some long term activity in the kingdom or show a portfolio digital work, I dont think the adress will be a problem. What do you think?

I think most ppl have a adress in their home-country. They also have banking and other stuff there. But if they are staying som-were, they do have a adress while applying for the visa. They are not living on the street 🙂. But you really got a good point. TIT my friend 🙂

answer question no1, this visa is not for permanent stay, so I think they want some proof of homebase. If you are written in a place, perhaps family or friends, you could use that. I mean most ppl do have adress?

answer question no2, In Sweden they require minimum 6 months of activity.

looks harder then first thought. and what is soft power exactly, I can only see mui thai as option if 6 months, can thai language be soft power?

I got of the phone with thai embassy in sweden; they said at least 6 month activity.
