yes, thai staffs are getting the normal salary same as mine. Im not sure but I think non of us pay tax since the company doesnt pay tax either. But if yoi said I have to pay tax I will suggest to my boss if that would take to solve my visa issue

I mean I never heard of the process like I just have to pay tax in three mos and that would solve the problem. I normally had my personnel with me whenever I go to immigration to talk to the IO. Base in my understanding , they said that "since my company is not really a company but a non profit organization" which means they are not paying tax and obviously they cannot provide the very last documents that I need.

that's great option. I know where I stand but this is better. Im trying to make things easier for me because with my current visa, I have to go through the whole process bringing all documents in Laos to reapply my visa. Do you know any agency by chance or I can just go there alone?
