From US , My visa request was rejected because my local police station said they no longer issue anything like that! And Thailand wanted it!

It took 2 weeks and they rejected it because I had not prepaid a hotel for entire time. ( because I knew I would be moving on…)

a years rent ahead I was told. I tried every bank on the island.
