that goes against everything I have heard/ read for 25 years .

When I phoned my Thai embassy in Vancouver ,that is not what they said .

When I talked to an agent last year that is not what they said .

Do you have any proof?

It would make me happy .

I simply don't trust to have that much money in any foreign account .

Multiple entry tourist visa ....be sure to have a flight booked out before your first 60 days is up.

People value things based on home so they look cheap...big shock when it's time to sell.
