and what did they use for the documents? Were you actually entitled to apply there? It’s not a matter of actually getting it issued, anyone can do that. It’s about the way it went down.

retirement visas can be applied for within the country and these agents (criminals) pay corrupt immigration officers. That isn’t possible for embassies, all the staff is employed by the MFA. Online applications specifically ask the location, applicants identity and other details a third party couldn’t supply. All of this requires lies and criminal intent which invalidates the visa from the get go.

Agents won’t be able to help you in any legal way with this. The visa needs to be applied for outside of Thailand. The documents to be presented are very easy to gather. Anyone who offers you to apply online using fake certifications and fake bank statements will land you in legal jeopardy. As expected it took just a few weeks for these scam artists to appear and the Moderators of this group have already banned them.

Have you read the description of the DTV in any way?

Berlin has an Embassy, not a consulate. Where you apply depends on your residence in Germany. You don’t need six months of bank statements, one month (the most recent one) is enough. Pool the cash in one account and then wait for the statement to close.

Unlikely due to data protection and bank secrecy laws but whT stops you. What stops you is the same principle why you don’t go rob a bank. Chances of consequences are still there.

you pumped additional money into an application for a residency in Hungary just to get the DTV in Budapest? How much was that application, 500 Euro? Because the applicantion for the DTV in BUD is just 350 Euro. Surprised you paid them in Forinth as they list all visa fees in Euro.

no idea what they request there as verified information. Why not contact them? Or just go to a transport office and and get a Photo Card state ID near her with the address listed.

Just the passport isn’t enough. They usually ask for a form of ID that has an address on it.
