But we can do it by ourselves, via online and then at immigration office (to get TM30)

What should I do if my landlord refuses to submit the TM30 form for my visa extension in Thailand?

 Landlord will pay the fine. One day at Immigration office I saw a Thai woman crying and begging for mercy because she was heard to pay the penalty for not reporting TM30. If you explain that landlord refused to do that, you will be exempted.
