Nancy Van Rysselberghe no. My first step was to visit bangkok to my uk embassy to aquire, a freedom to marry affdavit , everyone must do this first. He will recieve a certificate. You need to book a appointment at his embassy first and pay the fee online. Once you have the certificate, you need to visit a translation service to translate the certificate to his language, we paid 6000 baht and they got it all excepted and legalized at the goverment mfa department. This took a week and they posted it to us back in issan. Then your free to register the marraige. Our small aphue could not do it for some reason so this morning we go back to bangkok to pay a agent to help us register which is costing

and were done just in time to apply for non o visa as you must apply 15 days before his extension expires.

Nancy Van Rysselberghe ok so he can defenitly get a extension , its best to go a week before his exemt expires. You can put the reason for request , require more time to apply for the correct visa.

Vinson Dynes its his first time so he would be fine with 30 day extension and a border bounce. Itd repeat entries and how often that is looked at.

AC Cox border runs are not banished. Its about your persanal record. If youve done to many of anything.

It looks pretty cirtain it will go back to 30 days. If its your first time doing this, you can probably get 3 months with a extension and a border bounce . You used to be able to get 2 extensions but its 1 now. You could always spend a couple of months in neighbouring countries, flights are cheap once your here.
