I don’t know how accurate this is, but to the best of my knowledge, if you don’t have the 800,000 baht in the bank, (Thai bank) or the 65,000 baht per month income , then the combination would have to equal 800,000 baht per year. So that could be, 400,000 in the bank plus an income of around 34,000 baht per month. That’s just how I understand it, it may be more complicated than that. I think the first year you “may” have to have the 800,000 in the bank, but I’m not sure. I’m not an expert, that’s why I’m reluctant to offer advice here. But there may be someone here who knows the full answers. Agents can navigate the complexities with ease and avoid the financial requirements, but not everyone wants to use them.
