That is only possible with BOI and it is called CONSIDERATION STAMP of 30 days , but your papers ahould be in immigeation for that. Check with your company if they are BOI , there is a slight chance of that happening.

Indians get only 7 days DENIAL OF EXTENSION stamp on a 60 days SETV.How many days u got on your current visa ? If you have less than 15 days then you have to go back home as the "consideration period" for Non B is 14 days.

It is, but you gotta jump over hoops with tons of paprwork by your employer.

There is NO official limit of staying in TH on tourist visa. However ,now immi officers will tell you that the OFFICIAL LIMIT to stay on tourist visa in ONE CALENDAR year is 180 days , which is BULLSHIT , but since it's their own fiefdom you cannot do much. Go home and come back as a legit long term visa and not as a tourist posing as a resident.
