if the expiry is one year after it was issued that's when you have to leave. But in the meantime you will have to do 90 day reports at your local immigration office.
if you have a multiple entry as an addition to your non O you can of course go in and out as much as you want. But you don't have to. I have a non O and I haven't been out of the country since 2015.
I report to Thai immigration every 90 days via a website on my phone in the comfort of my home. Lol. It takes 2 minutes. Such hardship. I don't need to have bars on my windows in Thailand like you do in the Philippines.
that's very surprising to hear. I've been using Lazada for years without any problems. On a couple of occasions that I've had to return something that's faulty, no questions asked, refunded in a few days. Lazada as a policy will take the side of the customer and not the third party vendor if there is a dispute. The last time I returned quite a pricey item Lazada said as you have been a long-term customer we're not even going to bother to examine the goods first, we will refund you immediately. I can't fault them.
before the Thai becomes a director and shareholder of the company you will have already prepared the company shares to be issued in terms of A and B shares or preference and ordinary shares which would give him minority voting rights.
but why would the Thai make a problem. He would have signed up to be a nominee because you are prepared to pay him a monthly salary. He's not going to do it for free. So to be a nominee he's getting money for nothing. That's the deal. You find a Thai and say I need you to be a majority shareholder of our company. Sign these papers which will make you a director and I'll give you money every month. The Thai shareholder won't play any active part in the running of the company.
