What are the requirements for opening a bank account in Thailand with a DTV visa?

Anonymous participant 401 to not get dinged 220 baht every time taking cash out from ATM. Being able to not touch dirty and contaminated cash/coins, stay cashless most of the time.

A modern person would want this, unless dealing with some cash business and got pile of cash sitting around.
