Paul Darby. I recommend avoiding Mondays and Tuesdays for the Extension of Stay (Retirement). Thursdays and Fridays are by far the quickest.

Can I submit the TM30 paperwork on behalf of my landlord in Chiang Mai after returning from a trip?

I neglected to mention that I already have a TM30 from when I moved in. From other responses, all I need to do is take that stub to Immigration and they'll stamp it with a new date. I was under the mistaken impression that a NEW TM30 is needed to be submitted every time you re-entered. This makes things simpler....which is a nice change.
