Is the 90-day online reporting system down?
Being trying to do my 90 day report online yesterday and today, is it down again?

Yup, as above. But I dont know much about it. I tried it at 73 days but the reply was that it works only 7 days before the 90 day date. It seems to work for a fee... Later I forgot about it and reported at Immigration directly.
