also if you read my comment above, I was referring to people who wants to stay in Thailand for a longer time, not living there and buying BMW's and coffee machines. Those people will probably live in hotels cheaper than Europe, rent a motorbike or get way cheaper taxis, eating out way cheaper. Called tourism not moving. You rarley move to Thailand on a tourist visa. Nothing cheap about being a tourist in Thailand either.

rumours just say they want to get rid of STV visa by bringing back tourist visa. but it's genius if their economy is crashing wtf! Let people in long term, without leaving not bringing the virus, spend their money...

STV could be for up to 9 months.

even making the STV visa for people from lowrisk and they quarantine anyways what's the point? Then they make a TR visa for everyone? What's the logic.... Yes they brought back the tourist visa this month

i stayed in a

star hotel with my bf for 17k baht a month, so 250 each. In a HOTEL on beach!!! It was a loft, with livingroom also not just a standard room

it's way cheaper in Thailand than Europe... Especially now I was there February to July, it dropped so much because of covid.

before only 5 types of visas could enter, now 12 including tourist and some of them also multiple entry but that's stupid you have to quaratnine everytime! Just get one visa and change it there... I got a working visa will simply extend it...
