Had a policy for one year. Everything look good on paper before I got the application.

Any and all information about preconditioning conditions will likely be excluded from your policy with these guys for a few to several years. This includes any test you may have had that came out negative or you no longer have conditions.

Customer service will not be your agent. Once you buy the policy you'll probably never hear from your agent again.

Yeah. Well in this case the product was 34,000 baht. And efficiency and reliability was priority.

Regarding Kerry Express.

These are computer generated messages events that did not take place. Just something that some people might find useful if they're looking for a timely delivery for whatever reason.

I wish I could say the same for Kerry. In my last two experiences their tracking notification is fairly worthless.

Notification said they tried to contact me by phone; false both times. The correct numbers in the system and on the package. I guess okay for deliveries if you have no plans there's nothing important you need to wait on.
