Been locked since 19th August

No use wasting time going back to bank, they just say go away come back in a week.

Called 1333 all they are is call center and doesn't really help, they just refer you to original bank.

I went yesterday and no help at all

Im in the same boat, still locked out of account, you will get alot of people making rude comments, and they think they know everything that's going on when they truly don't. Yes I used an agent to open bank account and retirement visa , I think what triggered mine is Sim card not matching my nameI did go in 4 months ago and thought that i got that fixed through bank. But I guess someone didn't do something correctly.

I called that 1333 number went through prompts and found out mine was saying suspended due to Sim card, so I went in today and got slip of paper showing my name my number my address . Will take that back to bank tomorrow. To see if that's why Im still locked out since last Monday.

I would love to have forms for extending another year for retirement visa non o already here in Thailand.

if it's possible, that's great as long as it doesn't cost additional money, if it cost less than doing it in Thailand, by all means do so.

But I always was under impression if you got it outside of Thailand that it costs more in the long run. I just don't want them to get stuck with an oa instead of an o. I did delete my comment, not sure why I'm still getting responses on it.

I said you can get a non o in Thailand, it's better than a non oa that would eventually cost them more money due to health insurance requirements
