ain't that a fact, my aranyaprathet immigration i phoned 3 weeks before my first time non O extension, they said 4 months 800k in bank needed, on the day immigration officers refused my extension as they required 12 months? Which I understand is only normally required for second non O extension?

concrete requirements that they are not obliged to adhere to, I've been here 17 years, that's my 2 daughters in profile photo,6 and 13 years, my post is to maybe assist others in realising nothing is 100% sure. If they change requirements somewhat, just accept it, never argue does not work here, just go to another provinces immigration , just stick to the rules given and enjoy life here

then maybe best to no self appoint yourself as fact checker,as immigration officers are free to specify different requirements per case, there are no concrete requirements for their decisions per case, surprisingly you don't know this

you are incorrect in your advice, it's not 800k for 3 months only and no less than 400k all year, I was there aranyaprathet on 9th this week, was refused as they would only accept a full 12 months of showing 800k,I actually had 10 months in total but to no avail, there are some other provinces asking the same now

I live sa kaeow, phoned aranyaprathet immigration 3 weeks before renewal of non o, they said needed 4 months 800k proof, I have 6 months so went there with all documents, turned me away saying I must come back with 12 months 800k statement proof, so went back to original visa immigration chon buri, no problem there

aranyarathet, refused to issue certificate of residence whilst I was there doing my 90 day reporting, said I had to first get letter from sa kaeow government office the area I live in, went to that office and they said they have nothing to issue regarding this ? however when I first lived in chon buri I paid a local agent to get it for me
