Let me get this right. You feel because you're paying for accommodation in two places, this entitles you to jump the queue in front of the plebs who are only paying rent in one place? Interesting sense of entitlement you have! But I guess that's the era we live in. Welcome to Generation ME
Read the other comments. That's a lot of farting. He's obviously trying some trick, otherwise why would he fly back "to pick up" his visa? Obviously myself and others are more astute and have worked out he's playing some game.
He applied saying he was in his home country as he indicated he would fly back to "pick it up". Why would he fly back to "pick it up" if he was already there. Read the rest of the thread idiot
You can't apply for the DTV whilst in Thailand. That 10,000 has gone because you made a fraudulent application. Try doing it legally next time, but be expected to get refused again as your card has now been marked
The visa is not in your passport, it's on a PDF document. Entry stamps are quite small, you can fit 6 onto one page. No more exit stamps if you use eGate
Why would they want to prevent 90-day reporting? It doesn't matter to them if you leave before 90 days. I will be switching from non-O to DTV later this year, and as I have 3-4 international trips every year, I won't be doing any 90-day reports. Although I live in Thailand I haven't done a 90-dayer since the covid era such are my travel schedules. 90-day reports by mail you use EMS tracking. It's 100% reliable
First 90-day report can be mailed in. You can leave at any time during the 180 day stamp (leaving is nothing to do with 90-day reporting). Each time you re-enter you get a fresh 180 days. So you can leave after, for example, 80 days, so no 90-day report required, step over a border, step back and get a new 180 day stamp
