Hi Team. Thanks for the add. I'm doing a 90 report first time at CW. I understand I need copies of Passport data page, passport last entry stamp, TM6 card, last TM30 receipt (plus all originals of course) and completed TM47. Is there anything else? Photos, payment etc? Thanks for your help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
For your first 90-day report in Thailand, you will need to prepare the following documents: your original passport, a copy of the passport data page, your last entry stamp, the TM6 card, the last TM30 receipt, and the completed TM47 form. Additionally, you should bring any previous notification receipts, as they may be required. Remember that the report is free to file.

You will need:

Your Original passport

Your departure card (TM.6)

Previous receipt of notifications (if any)

Completely filled in and signed notification form TM.47

to do the 90 day report. This report is free to file.
