I showed one bank statement, which have equivalent of way more than 500k baht. I’m not sure about the answer if you have two accounts , but each of them less than 500k. One of my friends are actually having the same problem when applying for renewal of retirement visa, and was told have to combine two account into one, to meet the requirement
in this case they are asking for Copy of registration of company (outside of Thailand) , they’re just asking for some kind of portfolio of your work to demonstrate the business is legitimate
like I said to many , if there is a system, then there will be abuser for the system who goes to the loophole, and then it ruined the whole good purpose. I hope this is not going to be the case, but we will see.
yes, I do include the cover letter so it is much more formal and organize, and yes, they do have a upload limit (like 5mb something like that, I forget), so you choose the file that can best represent yourself
I am hired by a business to do contract work, which I am able to do it remotely. (independent contractor ) Of course I have other line of work, but I do not have to tell them to complicate the situation.
As a independent contractor, I do not receive W2. Instead, I showed them the 1099 and Schedule C I filed the last two years from this job. I haven’t filed my 1040 for tax year due to extension, but they are happy just to see the 1099. (I feel like there’s no need to send them the whole tax return anyway)
Fortunately, this work income is quite steady without fluctuation so I have a paystub from ADP related to this job to show them the income each month. To be honest, I feel like they are assuming that I am an “employee” from the company, So to generate letter from an “employer “ is challenging as well however I did it anyway.
