Is there anything you have done that my have you blacklisted ? If for example you have never been to Thailand before, I would try making a cashback if you purchased your ticket with a credit card. Your credit card should guarantee you receive the product you are paying for. If the airline or immigration make a mistake it not your problem.

Just how I would look at it , I might be wrong.

Oh ok . I never mentioned being able to board the flight , hadn't it already gone. I am suggesting using if you paid with credit card, contact them and ask for a charge back . As far as I understand the only condition to recondition is you didn't receive the product paid for.

But how is he supposed to know what is on the immigration computer? I think this is the point we're you are not getting the product you are paying for. Unless he was informed about the blacklisting or changed his information in a way he couldn't be contacted.

But he had the right documentation , no ? I don't think the bank will worry about how's responsibility is , it's clearly nothing to do with the client as his only relation to Thailand is leaving well within the visa expiry.

No I am retired here . But if I get a opportunity of the possibility of stretching funds . I might as well try it . Been to Malaysia and Singapore but not since 1988 so the change will be interesting. Loas and Cambodia will be the first time .
