Well , you could look at it like that ,but I am choosing it as holiday time and going to Vietnam, loas , Cambodia and NZ back in March. Will buy baht between now and six months , 48 to £ should be doable if not I have only lose 6 months holiday.

No I can't confirm if it's new or not . I can only confirm it was what was needed for me to achieve a extension based on retirement. The photos are easy, just print them in color. I provided 1 of bungalow, 1 of me standing inside, 1 of the other houses around. 1 hand drawn map , 1 Google maps copy in color.
