it's only valid in country for 90 day then you are not Insured if you have an accident they can check your entry stamp and you are f***ed

The land owner does not have to renew the 30 year lease by law.

No such thing as 30x30 it's bull to get you to buy, a real lawyer/ accountant/solicitor will tell you this. Don't listen to property developer

you can't do monthly on your 1st year so you need to put 800,000 in and start your 65 000 a month straight away to get 12 months for next year then you can take out all of your 800,000 after you have your new retirement extension
