thanks .. i could not find a link to extension appts.. i eventually found a page that wanted to start the extension process with a one time password but it will not accept my password so i was not sure if problem was me or them

My neighbor in same situation as me was at Chiang Mai TM30 desk today and was told he must do it .. but if he has 'receipt of notification' paper in his passport and his residence is the same, no need to involve landlord
