I have more than enough I just take care of my own money I can only rent a condo once I have the visa no point In buying one. I could rent but on what visa an income of 65k going into a Thai bank account these locked down yer fools and money I am happy for 65k a month through the banking system then we have tourists tax here is that right if they want my money I’ll happily spend it in Thailand and invest if the conditions are right

Why do Thailand make it so difficult when we move here our government pension is frozen and why so expensive for the visa what 5 year or 10 year price is ridiculous £19,000 like I would put that in there bank without being able to buy property here if I marry i understand on her passing I have 6 months to leave why anyone with an ounce of intelligence put them selfs through it most people in the UK don’t have anywhere near that saved. Digital nomad is cheaper and a 60 day visa is free and you can come upto 155 days a year which is fair as you would be in the UK 7 months a year still getting that pension not frozen
