heres an example of one thats near top of my list... so I or my company can own the house but not the grass under it? thats ok with me as long as I can still sell the house itself in 5 or 10yrs incase I want to move or upgrade.

this is my backup plan unfortunately tho. PH is way more expensive and no where near as nice. what 1k/mo in Pattaya gets your is equiv to like 3k in PH and still no where near as nice and modern

one of these paid visa services is suggesting that this is possible for about 70k baht for first yr. but I have already paid money to another visa service company for another place and that was a total waste for their "paid advice"

really pissed off about missing the 30k 20yr visa. @ 145k it’s just not worth it. And digital nomad requires 80k/yr which I think something like 5% of DN actually make…
