I just got mine converted last month.i got a 2 year Licence and after I reapply it’ll be 5 years

Immigration stopped me on my 2nd year border bounce on ED visa. Told me to switch to DTV so I did. Haven’t faced any issues since.

I did ED for 2 years. You have to do an extension every 3 months (if you’re in Bangkok you’ll have to go to immigration early morning and spend the whole day there) it did however allow me to open a bank account.

they ask you how much your monthly income is in ranges (checkboxes), your bank statement should also show income so I assume that’s where they see it

I just got approved in Hanoi. They require a minimum of 3 months bank statements, I think you should be good as long as it’s not a month back

Christi Payne incorrect, for 30 days you just show up and get a stamp. This is for the 5 year DTV visa

I applied in Hanoi on Saturday and got approved yesterday Thursday, had 500k+ for 3 weeks prior to applying, starting balance was 300k and ending close to 600k
