Agree. I did it over here and much cheaper. Need. Telephone number and letter of residency from immigration ( landlord can do you rent letter and take to immigration) to do letter to open bank acct. 800k baht which is about £18k and certain rules round R Visa touching it

Same as you and correct PDF. There is no olace for health and in the visa you get it will not be a retirement as thats what i asked for. It will come poss as mine did at 23.30 pm for 90 days. And its in English apart from one line is in Thai and when translated says retiree. Hope this helps
