You USA marriage doc is about as good as a ashtray on a motorcycle. If you are hoping to apply for a visa though marriage do it in your home country. There are a lot of items you need to get sorted while in Thailand if looking for extension on the Non O though marriage. It takes time and a bit of work, I would speak to immigration once you arrive and with wife.

Which visa, I just took both passports to immigration and they did the rest.

Bit confused if I followed the story correctly, you live in Thailand on a visa, so why go to Korea for just a couple of days, was it due work although you say your husband is your dependent.

Jim Ramsey that's not what Revenue told me , so you are saying that if you get a pension like I receive and NZ has DTA with Thailand I don't have to furnish a tax return. That is assuming one pays tax back in old country. So wouldn't Revenue like to see evidence that you do in.fact pay tax back in the old country. Not that it concerns me as very little to pay here and if they ever link long term visas to tax.
