Oh Mark. Warnings have ALWAYS been happening. The 'warning' is very common. My best friend here was given same 'warning' 3 years and 12 entries ago. And clearly the third entry won't be the reason for denial. As thousands do it and there is no limit. If they think you are trying to work/working or can't show you are able to support yourself or up to dubious activity... you will have a problem. Otherwise no. And has your 'friend' ever heard of border bounce agencies? Cmon man

I’m not really sure that’s the case. Other than DTV making it easier than ever. There is definitely more trouser soiling on online forums. The guys has been doing this for 13 years!!! And will undoubtedly manage to get in again. There is no point telling people their th entry might be denied when people have been doing it for decades. Yes, it could absolutely happen if the entrant is deemed dodgy. But not for number of entries.

The 13 years stay was probably a good indication to them that you were not legitimately seeking a tourist exemption lol. But the crazies will be on here all day telling you that your 4th entry will get you denied, deported and banned. 🤣🤣
