@Us ****
u live in one of the world’s most corrupt shiteholes and thinking u have it good 😂😂😂. Of course I abandoned it lol. Could u imagine having to live in the states or Canada now? Not exactly smart decision making for retirees or bright young minds. I suppose if you need money, USA is probably the easiest place on earth to make money… but not much going for it otherwise. The world seems to be subtly preparing to depose POTUS and the comedy of errors the citizens have voted for there. Funny stuff

@Jeff ******
Yes, totally depends on those sources of income and their long term viability. Some are able to solve the application process with a few screen shots of accounts. For others with widely diverse income streams, it can be more complex to pin down for sure.

@Wayne ****
Dude is from the USA and accusing other nations of corruption. Hilarious

Kazakhstan globally famous for lax banking laws. Can even open without being in the country.!

Can you hold in multiple currencies there? Interest rates?

@Stephen ******
u cannot. Although, as with many nations, if you can prove a need and entitlement and have the right passport, you might be able to. Aus is famous for being a bit backward and slow to change, so anything is possible. But let's say many passports would have extreme difficulty opening one in Aus.

Why not lol? Because banks have a legal obligation to KYC. Money laundering. Cybercrime. And a tourist obviously doesn’t need a bank account do they? So if you meet certain criteria depending on the country’s banking laws, you might be able to

@Eric *******
and I respectfully disagree with yours. And as one of the hundreds of thousands here who have already done what you hope to do, I’m in a better position to have an accurate assessment.

Tourists and wannabe immigrants cannot just open bank accounts in most nations. Doesn’t work like that. FYI, no Thai tourist can drop into USA on a tourist visa and open an account either. And any research time would have made that clear.

You can persistently check on banks in your area, and they will tell you what you need. Many will refuse. Getting an agent simplifies things quickly, and for a fee, they will arrange anything you need from bank accounts to drivers license to visas.

Great visa though. It’s the poor man’s LTR, but still great. No difficult qualifications. Just pay up and enjoy 5 years

Clearly you didn’t understand what is common knowledge

@Bernie *********
because he doesn't need a visa for his plan. Just a waste of time

@Sarah *****
on what basis do you think they might refuse you? It’s highly unlikely
