I’m not getting into absurd arguments with strangers on here….not my style.
I have been researching retirement Visa in Thailand for several years and now am here. Multiple websites, chat groups, and official Thai immigration websites mention depositing 800K Baht and having it “mature” for 60 days prior to being approved for Visa.
I am here now and plan to stay as I have acquired a condo and sold my home in USA.
I will suck it up and pay an agent to do whatever needs to be done.
Yes…I just researched because I am not a banking or immigration expert…tourists can open bank accounts in USA. Limited to larger international banks like Citibank, Chase, and Bank of America.
I don’t need anymore smart asses commenting on here. I respectfully disagree with your opinion.
